Adik, Cookies and Petsoc

To adik , happy 19th birthday!

Study smart and hard to be a good doctor so that later, kaklang can get free treatments from you k!

Since there’s so many people asked for the choc chip recipes (ceh bajet famous la aku nih..+_+), i’ve decided to post it up here so that more people can learn and it’s easier for my own archive.

Chocolate Chip Cookies Ibu

250 g butter

1/2 cup fine sugar

1/2 cup fine brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

2 eggs (yolk only)

2 cup self raise flour

½ cup corn flour

250 g choc chips

120 g chopped walnut

1 cup milo

1)      pukul butter + sugar + egg yolk + vanilla smpai creamy (jgn mix lame2 sgt)

2)      masukkan remains

3)      bakar ~10-12 minit, suhu 175C

   dah 19 tahun!!!!!!!!! wajah pun dah nampak dewasalah.. tapi…. suka nangis lagi ke? anyway ibu doakan adik dipanjangkan umur, murah rezeki, diberi kesihatan yang sempurna untuk beribadat kepada Nya. jadi anak yang soleh ye!!! membahagiakan makhluk semua.
